Dubai is continuously pushing the limits of architecture with towers aiming for 'world's tallest' records in various categories.
Dubai Creek Tower: This project is planned to be the world's tallest tower, surpassing the Burj Khalifa. Construction was suspended and is undergoing redesign, but it remains a monumental development in the Dubai Creek Harbour area, conceptualized as an observation tower with hotels and sky gardens.
One Za'abeel: Completed in 2024, this impressive architectural feat features two towers connected by 'The Link,' the world's longest cantilevered building (or inhabited sky bridge). It blends cutting-edge engineering with ultra-high-end residences and five-star hospitality services.
Burj Binghatti: Touted as a contender for the world's tallest residential tower, this luxurious project is located in Business Bay and will feature high-end apartments and penthouses.
Ciel Tower (Dubai Marina): Set to claim the title of the world's tallest hotel upon completion, this skyscraper in Dubai Marina will offer over 80 floors of luxury hospitality.
Marsa Al Arab: A luxurious hospitality project located on two man-made islands on either side of the Burj Al Arab. It will include a luxury resort, a theatre, a marine park, a private marina, and super penthouses, inspired by the design of ultra-yachts.
